The current revision of the Data Brief, DB2961, is Rev 11 - dated Feb 2021.

What info are you looking for in the data brief? It's unlikely to change much with revisions.

What specifically went into y=1 for the 2.y.0 fork presumably.

Just seems like a reasonable expectation that there should be some change log or documentation update when the new software package drops.
