Maybe that's what you're looking for.

Please look for UID64_BASE in the HAL.

You can compile and load a LoRaWAN_End_Node project form stm32CubeWL firmware package.

then, open a terminal at 115200bds.

After reset (push the reset button), the DevEUI will be displayed in the terminal.
