HCI_READ_LOCAL_SUPPORTED_FEATURES shows nothing supported.

I am trying to implement an HCI interface and the stack is reporting almost nothing supported in the HCI_READ_LOCAL_SUPPORTED_FEATURES command. Why is this? Is there a way to enable the features? I am using stack v1.16. I have tried multiple variations of the stack.

Unfortunately many HCI commands are not supported.

Well, the command itself is supported, unfortunately it list most features as not supported, even though I know that they are supported...
