Clarification on acronym TOS

RCool.1
Associate II

The STM32WL5MOC datasheet (DS14084 - Rev 4 Feb 2024) contains the following comment on page 6.

"To keep an output power > 13 dBm, the TOS presented to the module should be ≤2."

Will someone please tell me what TOS stands for.

Best regards,

Roy Cooley
