Hello,
I am using B-L072Z-LRWAN1 in a project. I have one board acting as a transmitter and 3 boards acting as receivers. My question is: Is it possible to transmit and receive with a rate of 5kHz with is every 0.2ms a 30 byte payload using LoRa?

You will find the maximum permitted transmission time (duty cycle) itemised for each world region, at the website of the LoRa Alliance, e.g. in this PDF document.
Do the maths, but it looks like you're just over the limit with your wish, aren't you?
