ACI_GAP_SET_DISCOVERABLE adding TX power auto

Adding the TX power as standard on a GAP command.

Is it part of some standard (SIG) of just an ST specific implementation?

It's ST specific implementation, it's part of BlueST SDK v1 protocol.
