X-CUBE-TOUCHGFX 4.18.1: the software says me that I'm not connected to internet. What's the problem? The version 4.15 works correctly on the same computer.

We're sorry for the inconvenience. Can you share your log file please ? (the path for it is : C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\TouchGFX-4.18.1\TouchGFXDesigner.log) I'll try to have a look.
Meantime, I can suggest you to reinstall your TouchGFX Designer and retry.

Can you share the log file through the forum please ? :)
(I think sharing files by mail doesn't work)
Also, a colleague told me maybe you can try to open Microsoft Edge before and after your TouchGFX Designer, he had a similar bug, and this is just to make sure you have access to our servers.

I analyzed your log file, there is a TLS alert: 'HandshakeFailure'. I might be due to your Windows version. Which version do you use ?
Indeed, we don't support Windows 7 and Windows 8 anymore in our newest versions, so if you use w7 or w8, I recommend you to use older version of TouchGFX Designer.
Also, can you try to create a project in a TouchGFX Designer 4.17.0 for example (not under 4.16), and open it with your TGFX Designer 4.18.1 ?
