why the interface of STM32F769I DISCO KIT generated by TouchGFX is Freezing even for a very simple button test?

I installed TouchGFX 4.20.0, I developed a simple interface that has two buttons just for a very simple test, I sent this program to the STM32F769I DISCOVERY KIT board, everything goes well, I received the message Run Target DONE, the interface was well displayed on the map screen. but after a few clicks on the two buttons, the interface is blocked, I RESTART I repeat and the problem remains the same, I change the TouchGFX version to version 4.16.0, but the problem is the same.
