You can still use it for a while, but it won't be usable through CubeMX again.

You can still use STemWin, it's just not a part of CubeMX anymore - It should be avaialble from the Cube firmware packs.

Same answer as before. STemWin is not a part of CubeMX anymore. It's delivered through the CubeFW packs.
