Hi,
When I close GFX Designer its window disappears, however, the TouchGFXDesigner-4.23.1.exe stays running in the backround - for every opened/closed *.touchgfx project.
Does anyone experiences this GFX misbehaviour ?
Best regards
Ferro

Hello @ferro ,
Thank you for reporting the issue,
When does it happen specifically? Is it when you create a new project? Or when you open a previously created project? Do you need to run the simulator or anything similar?
It would be amazing if you could send us the log file that TouchGFX generates. It is available at
C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\TouchGFX-4.23.1
You can quickly access that folder by searching %appdata% in the Windows search menu.
Thanks a lot for your help

Sorry for my slow reply @Mohammad MORADI ESFAHANIASL
> "Or when you open a previously created project?"
Yes, it happens every time I open the same project.
Here, someone has got the same behaviour and your colleague @Osman SOYKURT is on it as well:

Hello @ferro ,
Is it possible for you to share your project? That would be a help for us investigating this issue.
If yes, you can share to me in PM if you'd prefer.

Hi @Osman SOYKURT ,
> "Is it possible for you to share your project?"
Will do. It seems that these instances go away after some time (hours?). Maybe some specific anti-virus scanner settings by admin that keeps 'suspicious' app in memory.

Hello @ferro ,
We have fixed this issue in the latest version of TouchGFX (4.23.2).
Is it possible for you to check whether the problem persists or not?
Thank you so much for your help.
