Adding and Removing elements in the list layout during run time

Hi,

Is it possible to add and remove elements in list layout. I have tried to remove an element during run time and it was successfully removed. But i cant able to add an element in the list layout during run time.

My intention is to remove and add elements in the list layout based on the values entered during run time.

It should definitely be possible. Can you show me some screenshots of what you're experiencing?
