So, what is the recommended CPU Clock frequency to implement SBSFU solutions ??

there is no specific frequency recommended as far as I know.

The only constraint I can think about is that it may be better to use an internal oscillator so that it cannot be controlled from outside. Now, I'm not able to evaluate the risk of using an external oscillator in term of attack.

Internal oscillators are more robust, but less accurate and highly dependent on temperature. I would recommend running from internal oscillator and setting clocks with approximately 20 % margin from the maximum allowed speed.
