Grounds PA12/USB_DP, defeats the internal pull-up, probably relates to how it starts

CN4.4 GND

CN4.5 D2 PA12 USB_DP

ok i plugged it in i just got it in the mail btw and the usr led blinks faster if u unplug it and blinks slower if u have it plugged in so im guessing its just a extra jumper the give u possibly to mess with the bootloader or anything else
