STM32F722ZE: ST- Link cut off, how do I write the STM32 target board

Hey,

I have the problem that my Board broke in two pieces. I read that you can program the Target board from the ST Link with new connections. I disconnected the two Jumper on CN4 and connected CN6 to the Pins an CN11 as shown on the picture.

CN11 PIN 5 VDD-> CN6 PIN 1
CN11 PIN 13 PA13->CN6 PIN 4
CN11 PIN 15 PA14 -> CN6 PIN 2
CN11 PIN 20 GND-> CN6 PIN 3
CN11 PIN 20 NREST-> CN6 PIN 5
NC-> CN6 PIN 6

I use a external Power source of 5V and the Board turns on.

JP3 Connection between PIN1 and PIN2
Voltage source (PIN & EV5 , PIN 8 GND)

IN the UM1974 under point 6.2 and under 6.3.4 is written how to use the Link for External Targets. Is it possible to use in on the Target as well?
In my case I use The STM32F722ZE board and my program is uploaded by Matlab Simulink with the add ons. Before the Link was cut off everything went fine but now i can't write code und the Target-board.

Do i Have to make some UART connection with the Rx and Tx as well?

The Target had a reset so nothing ist uploaded anymore.

Can somebody tell me what I am doing wrong?

Does PA13 and PA14 be configuration in MXCube before cutting the ST Link off and now is too late?
