VREF+ current consumption

I use 16-bit ADC of STM32H725 with an external 3v reference.

what is the current consumption from the Vref?

in the datasheet DS13311 - Resources - Search STMicrocontrollers

table 83 the current consumption is only from VDDA.

Which mode used : SE (Single Ended) or Differential Mode ?
