U suffix in part number?

Datasheet does not say what U suffix means in part number.
I.e., what is the difference between STM32H7xxVIT6 and STM32H7xxVIT6U?

It's not super clear, but generally those are parts meant for ST boards, possible preprogrammed, rather than end user applications. I don't think there is any difference in functionality.

That's strange. Digikey and Mouser are showing listings for part numbers with the U suffix (but there's no stock).
