I'd imagine it's what makes the magic happen. Presumably you could just build and certify your own with the sub-set of parts you think are required.
Or make the business case to ST / Murata for the module you envision.

The STM32 in this module appears to simply provide an AT interface for the Altair 1250 baseband SoC. You will never program it. You will simply interact with it over a UART. Every Altair based module has some kind of MCU to provide that function, Murata just happened to choose an STM32. These modules are not meant to be hosts, only network co-processors.

I am having problems connecting to the network through UART. Is there someone who can help with the steps? Does it have to be through cli (image)? I have tried many times but it ends up sending at command to itself (image 2).
