Hello,
The BSDL chain length is 234 bits long. And it seems that you're shifting 334 bits
Can you check that? an is the STM32 daisy-chained with other devices?

Thank you for your Answer, it is difficult to check without the right BSDL File. I use the File witch is available at the st homepage like specified before, with the zip File en.stm32l4_bsdl. Downloaded a few Weeks before. In the bsdl File the JTAG Interface is specified with 333 Cells (0 till 332). The File is dated with 09-May-2017. Obviously you have an other BSDL File. Can you provide a link to the File? There are no other devices in the scan chain (Except the Cortex TAP).
