STM32H745BIT6 Availabillity

What is the schedule for the STM32H745BIT6 Processor. Meanwhile it is in active state on the ST homepage (But not in CubeMX).

Is there an estimation when it will be available for distrubutors? Is there a possibillity to get ~5 samples of this chip directly from ST?

The reason is we started a project and intend to use a 208Pin H7 Processor.

Only LQPF Package is possible.

At the moment we started our project with the STM32H743BIT6. But our final intention to use the STM32H745BIT6, not because of the dual core - I do not inted to enable the M4.

The reason is the "on-chip SMPS" on the dual core, that could improve our product because of a cheaper hardware and less power (and heat).

Thank for your interest in ST Microcontrollers. The STM32H745BI is present inside the current public version of CubeMX. Only typing stm32H745BI in the search window will expose the STM32H745BITx reference on the side panel. The STM32H745BIT6 is now fully released to production at ST. It could be that the distributors still not carry any stock of that particular variant whihc has been recently introduced, and you can ask your distributor to procure some parts and hold a stock shortly. As the parts are available at ST shelf, it should not take long.
