Is there any way to flash the STM32 directly without IDE(IAR/Keil).?

Hi all,
Is there any direct way to flash the binary (.bin) into STM32L board.?Aim: I have .bin and want to flash it into STM32 board with ST-LINK or JTAG.etc but without IDE(IAR/keil).Thanks,Ram.

Segger's J-Link comes with J-Flash software, which supports production programming and similar needs: see http://www.segger.com/j-link-software.html#jflash . J-Flash does not require an IDE (it's a stand-alone PC program).
