international oscillator accuracy over temperature range

Microcontroller may be; STM32L0 or L4

Required; 5% worst case over -5 to 50'C

The microcontrollers are quoted 1% accurate at 25'C but I can not find how accurate they over the ICs temperature range. I want to avoid trimming or fitting a crystal.​

The application does not require a lot of processing and includes battery power and charging so an Fxxx variant or other may be suitable if temperature range is specified?

you'll find similar information for other internal oscillators too. For other STM32 model, refer to its datasheet.
