Oversample with a 12-bit ADC or use the 16-bit ADC of H7.

Look at the "EG" specs of the SDADC in the F37x in table 74. If you need accuracy, I think the SDADC in the F37 is nearly useless!

Good point. May be it can be corrected by manual gain calibration. But also linearity error looks poor. Definitely better use external ADC if looks for accuarcy ...

Or oversample internal ADC.
