Hello,
we are using STM32H735G-DK Eval Boards equipped with differently marked STM32H735IGK6U chips.
One saying:
-------------------
STM32H735
IGK6U
AA126 VQ Z
TWN AA 109
D2
--------------------
and the other one saying:
-------------------
STM32H735
IGK6U
AA126 VQ Z
TWN AA 109
D3
--------------------
We could not find the meaning of "D2" and "D3" but "D2" is producing HardFaults whereas "D3" is not so we are assuming that these do have different silicon revisions.
Could you help us identifying the silicon revision of the chips or what else is "D2" and "D3" standing for?
We also attached photos of the different markings.
Thank you and best regards

Hello,
The two chips having the same revision rev Z (the latest silicon revision).
You need to contact your local sales for D2 and D3 marking.

Both Z step, you can check via DEVID register.
I think D2/D3 relates to line at plant.
Doubt this is cause of Hard Fault, dig deeper as to WHY it faults.
Likely clocks, power or flash wait states.
