Can you be more specific?
Do you want to know how to program the ADC and TIMER peripherals?
Which STM32 family are you working on?
Have you looked at the examples in the HAL/LL library, you should find projects that demonstrate the use of an ADC and others for TIMER PWM, you just have to merge the two functions in your own project.
