Has ADC noise issue in STM32F4  been solved in STM32F7 ？

In STM32F427?the ADC noise is horrible when the mcu access the sdram or fpga by fsmc at the same time.

I want to know Whether this issue has been solved in 

STM32F7?

If done?I can use 

STM32F7 to solve the ADC noise.
