As an interim fix, one could manually change ''Flag.aspx'' to ''flat.aspx'' in the URL of the thread to be displayed.
There are thousands of fora worldwide, managed by amateurs in their spare time, with significantly less problems. I wonder how long will it take for the responsible management in ST to realize that this puts their customers' trust in their competence in solving technical problems at an alarmingly low level, regardless of the fact that web is not their core business. Seemed to start working again on 10th, although some posts have been appearing out of logical sequence.

Me too, and not the first time ...I think they are in denial.
Either this, or they really don't care. The support forum is a important figurehead of a software/hardware company, if they realize it or not. And if they like it or not...
