Hi,
I would have a question regarding the lead time of the STM32H743ZIT6. We use the part in multiple boards in our platform which is currently in prototype stadium. Fro the next charges of PCBs we are trying to order some uControllers (STM32H743ZIT6) but the only available parts seems to be in CN.
Is there any forecast when the parts would be avilable again?
thanks

ST suggests 2023, but it's hard to predict future demand.
Best to get your order in early, or switch to a chip which you can obtain. Things are only made worse by people stockpiling supply and putting in orders for the next few years.
Digikey only had a single STM32F4 chip in stock this morning. Seems like things are still getting worse.

Unlikely to be much "In Stock" at retail distribution for a long while, most production has orders against it, they aren't going to be making much speculatively to fill shelves with free stock.
Probably wouldn't plan on anything shorter than 45-52 week delivery from order placement/acceptance.
Most people at this point have got orders scheduled into the future, and hedging with orders into retain distributors and grabbing free stock as it appearing.
Those selling at the moment are brokers, and they'll be looking for a healthy margin.
Also it's not just ST, plenty of others have similar lead times, and there is a lot of speculative purchasing

Meantime, read this:
Start down, with the "original 2018 article":
How long will the current situation last?
There is little sign of improvement in the next 18 months to 2 years. If anything, things look to be worsening in the short to medium term.
Some expect the shortage to last up for up to three years at least.
Then continue with the 2020 update:
Back in August 2018, we reported the word was experiencing a global shortage of Multi-layer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs). Since then, the situation has changed, and growing demand across almost all areas of electronic applications is creating extremely challenging market conditions for the industry.
And finally, read the 2021 corollary:
The supply of MLCCs suffered an unexpected and major drop in demand during 2019, which extended into the first quarter of 2020, when the market dynamic was further turned upside down by the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic. The primary reason behind this market volatility seems to be that, after the extreme shortages witnessed back in 2018, many OEMs and contract manufacturers stockpiled components rather than following their usual, more predictable, streamlined inventory practices.
