Probably not with CubeMX, isn't that a point and click interface?

Yes i am using cubemx and i try code from stm32cubef1 but I don't get any result. Can you help me further ?

Start by being more specific about your board/hardware.

Define which pins you are using.

Start with the Master, send continuous patterns and review signals with a scope or analyzer.
