Infact, if you are able to configure a pin, it should not have any problem. In case it will be the source of a problem, CubeMX will not let you set it.

In fact those conflict means that some or all of the functions available in this IP can't be used for different reason such as Pin conflict with another API e.g if you have configured a pin for a Timer function and this button is the only one that can be used as DE for an USART interface. In this case this USART interface can't be used for RS485 mode (since it need to have a DE pin). The only solution is to disable the Timer implementation on this pin.
