I need to design an adapter board for STLINK/V2 ISOL. Can I know what is the part number of20-PIN connector used on STLINK/V2 ISOL?

It's just a standard 20-pin 0.1" pitch keyed header. Any generic one will work.
But this uses AMP/TYCO ELECTRONICS 103308-5 in particular, per the BOM which is available on the Cad Resources page.
