I tried to flash the code stm32f469i board i am getting this error please check below,

You seem to be using SW4STM32 ?
You may be better going to AC6 - the authors - for support:

Note that SW4STM32 is NRND (Not Recommended for New Development) by ST:
Any particular reason for not using STM32CubeIDE - the current recommended, supported, and free IDE?
