Seems like a fine use of the forum to me. More interesting to look at than a lot of other posts.
The analog/digital grounds should be tied together and not separated by a filter. If you want to filter, do it on the positive side.
VCAP pins should be tied together per the reference manual, doubt it will be an issue.

Hello
The NRST pin is treated as input.
Note that the NRST pin may be pulled low by any of the internal reset sources of the MCU. POR , IWDG SWReset, etc
