I tried all the options suggested in following link but no luck to make it working.
https://community.st.com/t5/stm32-mcus-wireless/p-nucleowb55-st-link-error-won-t-recognize/td-p/167176

While tried with USB DFU option received an error of "USB device not recognized "
Any ideas what could be happening? It was working previously and all of sudden stop working.

Hello @Sjain and welcome to the ST Community.

I suggest you to verify the position of the JP1 is compatible with the 5V source that you are using or not.

In your case, the Jumper should be on the USB-STL.

Best Regards.
