I encountered an issue while using the ST-LINK GDB server version 7.6.0. The server started successfully, but it failed when attempting to halt the target. Below are the server messages and the steps I’ve taken to troubleshoot the problem:

Confirmed that the latest version of the ST-LINK GDB server and development tools are being used.
Checked for Conflicting Processes:
Verified that no other debugging tools or instances of the ST-LINK GDB server are running.
Target Device State:
Ensured the target device is not in a low power mode and is in a known good state before connecting
