Hi,
I tried to explore the STM32CubeExpansion_CELLULAR package to change the code according to my need. In that process I am lost. Can anyone guide me on which file should I focus on changing the code? This is too much of code to start with. I have already checked the cellular wiki but it wasn't very helpful to me.
So i decided to write my own AT commands to connect to the internet. However, contacting them I got to know that they will not be supporting this module anymore (attached ss) and they also suggested me to buy a different module. Can ST provide a documentation for AT command for the TYPE1SE module?

Which carrier? What protocol(s) on cellular? LTE CAT M1?
How remote?
How much data, how frequently?

The idea of the research is to place the device anywhere in the world where there is no grid connections. B-L462E comes along with Truphone. For now the plan is to keep it and test with LTE CatM.
The frequency and amount of data is variable. You can suppose, data will be received in every 1-2 secs with each data size upto 60-80 bytes.
Could i possibly use the AT commands for TYPE1SC with the board i have?

That certainly won't cover everywhere in the world - there are plenty of places without Cat-M
Probably more without Truphone coverage?

This is one of the biggest problems of any remote monitoring (including IoT) project - there is no single technology which guarantees global coverage.
PS:
Just seen a whitepaper (promoting satellite comms for IoT) which suggests that, "Only about 20% of the earth’s surface is covered by terrestrial mobile networks" - and not all of them are going to support Cat-M.
