Finally, Chip Programmed with Software STM32CubeProgrammer and St-Linl Programmer V2.

Installed firmware Pin2dmd.bin V4.33.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work...

Thanks to all my friends for the time and support they have offered me.

That's a bit non-specific. The thread seems to lack much in the way of any context, or instructions you're trying to follow, or any details about the board. Looks to be one driving LED panel, but question talks about USB-DFU, then you use ST-LINK Clone, show memory with junk content and make declaratory statements about fake chips. Some People? It would be helpful to point at some actual web sites, or threads, or some contextual detail.

Aren't there more appropriate forums to be discussing this hardware.

Surely there should be some instructions, or diagnostic methods people are following.

Are you sure this is adequately powered? Not sure the ST-LINK clone provides a lot of current? Do the instruction indicate you should be powering things? Can you look at a schematic and confirm voltages at key points on the circuit or board?

Up vote any posts that you find helpful, it shows what's working..

ST-LINK Clone works and programs perfectly a old Pin2dmd Board with an old and Original STM32 Chip.

Greetings.
