Trying to identify a component. It is in a T220 package used in a light dimming circuit. I suspect it is a FET but have no details of the circuit.

Markings are 130 360 GK1H2 VU CHN 833 ST Logo I have not been able to get a hit on any searches. I have even tried Google image search. I do electronic repair and have devices where this component has been blown. Attach is a photo of the markings. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
