surely it is necessary to replace the electrolytic capacitor of the bus voltage (C44) and the fuse F1.
Moreover, according to your high voltage bus precision you may have to change bridge rectifier (D20).
If you plan to use external bootstrap diode select the part number according to your HV ratings.
In any case here you will find the BOM to check all the parts ratings.

Thank you for your answering. I notice that the F1, D20, bst Diodes need to check voltage too.
By the way, It has the software that is used for adjusting motor specification and driving motor as the Windows application. Is this software working with those voltage up to 600V? If it isn't, What problem is there? Can I adjust within 400V using this software, and later using with 600V?

are you referring to the STM32 Motor Control Software Development Kit (X-CUBE-MCSDK)?
If so, then you can manage directly in your project the Bus Voltage ratings and the AC input voltage data.

Exactly, I meant X-CUBE-MCSDK.
I've edited directly *.stmcx file.
And generate files(drive_parameter.h).
I could compile with no error.
But, I've find a problem with bus voltage measuring.
In the schematics, HV is divide with 470k+470k+6.49k ohms.
This means that the maximum voltage is 477V. Is this right?
If so, How can I measure with 600V as HV?
I think, It needs to change HV divider ratio.
And changing source file at the HV voltage measuring.
Please tell me how to change the software.

Hi @TGoto.1,
yes, you have to change the resistors value of external voltage divider according to your bus voltage nominal value.
So you must update the project consequently, I suggest to use the GUI to be sure to update all files correctly.
Finally, I would like to highlight that the kit is not electrically isolated from the AC/DC input.
The USB interface of the board does not insulate host computer from high voltage.
When the board is supplied at a voltage outside the ELV range, a proper insulation method such as a USB isolator must be used to operate the board.
