Can I connect oscillograph to Steval -SPIN3201 for measurement currents of the phase? Where is this point on board?

Yes, of course.

Please take a look at the circuit diagrams and the UM2154 user manual of the STEVAL-SPIN3201. Perhaps you will find the shunt connections SENSE1P, SENSE2P and SENSE3P, which are amplified and then fed into the control at PA3/4/5. And if you then look at the board, you will find these test pads with a metal ring and the label PA3/4/5 around the controller.

How I can use STEVAL-SPIN3201 for BLDC with MotorControl Workbench? In MotorControl Workbench only two types motors? To choose SM PMSM?
