Hi,
on Datasheet - STELPD01 - Electronic load switch for power line, Figure 7 shows a 30uA source on EN/Fault pin, but the Table 7 mentions of a 1 uA typ. high level leakage current and -100uA typ. low level input current.
So, I need more, accurate info on this to make sure if I can connect 2x 47k Ohm (or even higher value) resistors from this pin to GND to detect the fault condition (Vint) using simple N-MOS circuitry (0.85 < Vgs_th < 1.5V).
Do you have min./max values of the internal pull-up in kOhm to 5V? Or any simple example circuit to detect the fault condition to light up an LED?
