I'm designing a project using the STWLC38 in a base unit as a Tx and in a device as Rx. The data sheet points to Tx mode being possible but I've also read that it's not generally available. Would you please clarify this?
I'd like to have Qi1.3 for the data transport stream functionality. I need only around 5W for charging.

Hi Nick
for qi1.3 tx mode we suggest to use STWBC2, for stwlc38 default fw do not support tx mode.
For 5W application do you consider STWBC86, you can use bidi communication for tx and rx.
