Hello, I am new to STPM34 eval board and trying to getting start to STPM34 eval software. Getting error "unhandled exception error while doing USB interface"

On opening the STPM34 eval software and connecting USB to UART to PC.

Under Option>Interface> Communication, I selected Port type as USB and tried to open port.

Error window pop up - 'unhandled exception has occurred' as shown in Fig. 2.

This error remains even if I remove USB to UART from PC.

 Error window: Also, check error details in attached notepad file.

Even after that I continued and selected USB port and open.

'Failed opening IO lib' window pop up as shown in Fig. 3.

Please give me suggestions.

System details:

Model : Lenovo Win7 PC 64 bit

OS : Window 10 Home

Software installed from ST link web site.

Also, installed Virtual COM drivers.

I tried on Windows 7. Its working finely.

Is there any window requirement for handling Eval software?

On Window 10, its showing error continuously.

@Madhura C​ I'm using STMP33/34 eval board for my project. and I'm using Windows10 Pro , Works fine.

I think You should select the proper Interface and give separate power to the interface (Isolated 3.3V Supply).
