Hello community,
i urgently need analysis of a mosfet from st semiconductors with the cause of the damage. Can someone tell me whether an analysis and assessment of the damage as well as a possible cause for it can be carried out at ST in-house in Germany or at least in Europe? Or does the component have to be shipped to Far Asia?

I receive component from the assembler, my supplier obtains it from the distributor, the distributor may have the components directly from ST. When I use this chain, I have my Christmas analysis needed. Is there a way to contact ST directly?
