Are the pins of this high side driver ( VND5E160AJ-E ) correct ? The datasheet show that 2th input pin controls 10th and 11th output pins but it is not correct. The 3th input pin controls 10th and 11th output pins. Is this IC reliable ?

Hello,

The VND5E160AJ-E is a dual channel high side drive, so there are only two INPUT pins, and each of the INPUT controls the relevant OUTPUT. The other input pin, called CS_DIS, allows to disable the diagnostic feedback in case the device is used in parallel configuration (two or more devices in parallel, sharing the same sense resistor).

The device is reliable, considering it is automotive grade, AEC-Q100 qualified.

Best regards,

Luigi
