I used the 24MHz crystal for system and the work is ok.

when I want to change the 24MHz to 3.6864MHz, the interrupt of EXTINT0 will not respond correctly,it seems that some interrupt is not be responded.For the EXTINT0 is set to edge and the external interrupt will keep 1us low level, Is there some problems?
