Hello,

I would appreciate any help with setting UART BaudRate. I have a uPSD3434EV with 24MHz xtal and I need to set 115200bauds but I do not know how!? Is there a way how to set this BaudRate with mentioned xtal?!? Thank you very much in advance for any help..

Dear Tomas:

The baud rate generation formula is given in the UART datasheet of uPSD3434.

It is impossible to achieve the baud rate that you mentioned no matter what timer overflow you choose to generate the baud for mode 1 or 3.
