I have noticed a strange problem with cosmic (v4.4e) and Visual Develop (3.0.1).
The project is using a ST7FLITE05 and the PADR register cannot be added to the watch window - Address of symbol PADR is unknown. All other registers seem to be ok. PADR can be added ok if using the ST assembler. Regards sjo2004-10-12 10:45 PM

Not tried with zap as I only have an old copy about.
The project is in c which shows the error, I have tried with the ST assembler which behaves correctly - I will try the cosmic assembler to see if it is ok. Its strange that only PADR (address 0) is affected. Regards sjo2004-10-13 10:17 PM
STVD7 doesn' support watch on variables located at address 0 (whatever the toolset).
Sorry, it is not documented yet in the release notes, it will be in next version. The fix is not planned for next release of stvd7. Emmanuel.2004-10-15 10:01 AM
I'm afraid this is not true, PADR can be added to the watch window for a FLIT09 when using the st assembler. I have just tried it.
