Hello Jorge,
Softec Microsystems (www.softecmicro.com) make a great low-cost programmer for the ST7FliteO and other members of the ST7F family. I've attached the document that describes it. You can buy it on-line from them. I haven't found anywhere to buy the devices on-line as I believe they are not scheduled for production until October 2 I normally buy my ST7 devices from Anglia Components (www.angliac.com) as they keep a good stock. Let me know how you get on with your project. If you also look at Softec's website there is an appnote describing how to design your own ST7lite programmer. Also attached

If you plan to design your own programmer, have look at the ICC programing manual too, lot of data in there.

If you are looking of a good professional ISP programmer/debugger see at SofTec Microsystems web site (www.softecmicro.com). The product code is inDART-ST7F/D and it comunicates with the host via USB.

Take a look at www.spen-soft.co.uk where you can download a fully functional ST7 programmer (with schematics & source-code), it works in standalone mode (keyfob) or connected to a pc via RS232.

Actually, SofTec Microsystems actually sells two in-circuit debuggers/programmers for LITE0:
http://www.softecmicro.com/products.html?type=detail&title=inDART-STX/D
(debugger/programmer unit alone) andhttp://www.softecmicro.com/products.html?type=detail&title=inDART-STX/LITE0
(debugger/programmer unit + LITE0 EVA board). Additionally, on the you can win a free inDART tool by contributing with interesting posts. Hope this helps, Paolo
