Does someones know what is the red devices in the board attached?

Those are spots of glue to keep the resistors from moving around when they are placing them. They serve no electrical purpose.

Likely the part was intentionally not loaded and the glue stencil wasn't modified. Also note solder paste on those pads--same reason.

Assuming that's a No-Fit. It's also on the back of the board, so also stops them falling off, downward. Can see it behind the ones that were fitted.

Might be an applicator rather than screened on. Would expect solder paste first then, dot application of epoxy, pick-n-place, and cure.
