SGS digital sound generator M114B1 chip

Is there anybody who have a copy of that old ('80) sound generator, marked by SGS, used in some old italian keyboards like the GEM ones?

I have references only for the M114A, but that is bigger (48 pin against 40 pins) and seems to be a bigger version of my M114B1 (less ROM memory).

Thanks to anyone,

Hello @ACont.1 ,

Is this what you are looking for? https://www.njohnson.co.uk/pdf/m114ab1.pdf (dated from 1988!) It's a DIP 48 package.

Looking for a datasheet, but for the M114B1. So I cannot accept any proposed solution.

I already have the datasheet for both the mentioned ones (M114A and M114S), maybe the M114B1 is similar to the M114S, but i'd like to be sure.

Searched everywhere but there's nothing abou that.

Thanks, however.

The datasheet of M114B1 is already provided in the comments above: https://www.njohnson.co.uk/pdf/m114ab1.pdf

Sorry, it's for a M114A-B1 (48 pin), and I search for M114B (1), 40 pin. Could be similar to the M114S, but I'm not sure.

Anyway, thanks for everyone. I hoped that through the ST site I was able to recover info of an old SGS item, maybe it was a special issue for GEM, but it is closed from decades. Bye
